Met your husband at your booth during Merrie Monarch, and we talked for quite a while with he, myself, and my daughter. Completely enjoyable from start to finish. Speaking of finish, I believe he is (Finnish). Ask him if he remembers MaryAnn and Hannah — the publisher of art books and the theatre masters student at NYU. We will certainly remember the discussion about the young man who washes windows. ) Most of all, we love your fabulous art work. I’ve enjoyed seeing more on your website.

Mahalo, and Aloha,
MaryAnn and Hannah Kohl

I was at a friends birthday party and she had one of your pieces. I don't recall the name of it but I did remember your name and glad to see you were on the web. I'm also happy to see you are on the Big Island. We will be at the Hapuna Prince from Thanksgiving to the next Saturday. I would love to see more of your work. Mahalo for sharing your gift..

Good Afternoon,

I am Brendon's first grade teacher. Our hallway and room have been decorated with the islands and facts of Hawaii. Kathleen showed me your website and said that you live in Hawaii. Our first grade students are learning all about Hawaii, the ocean and volcanoes. It is so neat to have a connection to Hawaii. Brendon is the first student I have taught that has a relative that lives in Hawaii. It would be wonderful if you could send us a greeting.

My husband and I will be traveling to Hawaii (Oahu and Maui) next June. We are looking forward to our trip.

I love your website.

Mahalo again... i am glad that you finally have a site. i have been to nohea galleries in honolulu so many times looking for the "chant in the forest" print. But, anyways i used to dance for the halau of these kumus, and i couldn't believe how precise the print was to the orginal thing. It only brings memories of the intensity of the this family and Halau. mahalo again.

As I recall you and family should be enjoying the Ritz in Kapalua.

We enjoyed and felt blessed to meet you and your great husband at the Mauna Lani for art and lunch! So lucky to have made friends on the Big Island (Kathy Clark) who have lead us to other opportunities.

Will watch for anything you & your mom might work on together. Enjoy Japan!

Aloha, Rhonda (SMACNA)

We have met your husband during one of our rare trips to the Big Island and Parker Ranch.
My brother Jeff and wife Linda live and work there. That is where I first found your work... I have 3 prints now and they grace the walls of our family/dining room. I make it easy for brother to send gifts along with the Merrie Monarch video tapes each year. You render a quality and feeling that makes me wish I had so much more experience with the Hawaiian culture. Aloha.... Randy

We love you and all the beauty you share with others. You allow us to gaze at the reflection of the grace and beauty of Hawai'i as you see it. One can spend hours and hours gazing at your work, never getting tired of it.

Simply stunning! It is said a picture says a thousand words. By merely viewing your work I can hear the mele and the gourd drums. With every due respect to Mr. Kane, you have exceeded his ability to capture old Hawai'i. I am most impressed.
